This Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy applies to the purchase of Orijen products distributed by GNV Commodities Pvt. Ltd..
We currently ship only within India.
Orders are dispatched through registered domestic courier partners or Speed Post.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner norms.
Important Notes:
GNV Commodities Pvt. Ltd. is responsible only for handing over the shipment to the courier within the stipulated time.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
Delivery will be made to the registered address of the customer as provided at the time of order.
We are not responsible for any damage during transit, though we ensure proper packaging at dispatch.
Shipping Charges:
Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders
INR 50 additional charge applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD)
Octroi / Local Charges:
Certain states may levy Octroi or local entry taxes.
These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
Product unavailability or stock limitations
Errors in pricing or product information
Issues flagged by fraud detection or payment verification systems
Incomplete or unverifiable customer details
In such cases, customers will be notified, and any applicable refund will be processed.
Payment-related cancellations:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Orders may be cancelled if not confirmed within 48 hours
Offline payments (if applicable): Orders may be cancelled if payment is not completed within 48 hours
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not supported due to operational constraints.
Replacement requests will only be accepted if:
The product is unused and unopened
The original packaging is intact
Customers are responsible for:
Return shipping charges
Safe return of the product
Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, a replacement will be shipped.
Refund requests are generally not entertained.
In case of:
Manufacturing defects
Damaged or incorrect product received
We will:
Arrange for return verification
Provide a replacement with an equivalent product

Product must be unused
